Refund policy

Our 90-day trial

Cook with your MaeHearth pan for up to 90 days from the day it's delivered. If it's not right for you, you can return it for a refund — even if you've used it.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us through our contact page or at ahmedecom280@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before you receive them — packages sent without instructions may not be accepted.
  3. Pack the pan securely (the original box if you still have it) and send it back with a tracked shipping service.

Conditions

  • Normal signs of cooking use are fine.
  • Pans that are damaged beyond normal use (for example bent, cracked or deliberately damaged) may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you and issue the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. If you bought a bundle (2 or 3 pans) and return only part of it, the refund is based on the price you actually paid for the returned item(s).

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
