Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free on all US orders. The shipping cost shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days after they're placed. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during holidays, bad weather or carrier delays.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or contact us.

Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually correct it before the order ships.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your order hasn't arrived after 10 business days, contact us with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Taxes and duties

Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. There are no additional import fees to pay on delivery.
