Why titanium
Most nonstick pans are built to be replaced.
Coated pans rely on a thin synthetic layer that scratches and wears down with everyday use — which is why so many of us end up buying a new one every few years. MaeHearth takes the coating out of the equation.
No coating to wear off
The cooking surface is titanium itself — there's no layer to chip, flake or scratch into your food.
A non-reactive surface
Titanium doesn't react with acidic ingredients like tomato, lemon, vinegar or wine.
Made to stay in your kitchen
Metal utensils, high heat, the dishwasher — it's designed for everyday cooking, year after year.
Inside the pan
Three layers. Each with a job.
Titanium where your food touches the pan, aluminum where the heat needs to travel, stainless steel where it meets the stove.
- 1
Titanium cooking surface
Hammered texture, non-reactive, no coating to wear off.
- 2
Aluminum core
Spreads heat quickly and evenly, edge to edge.
- 3
Stainless steel base
Works on induction and gives the pan its strength.
How to cook with it
Three steps to food that releases on its own.
An uncoated pan works with heat, not chemistry. Give it a minute — it gives you a better sear in return.
-
Step 1
Preheat
1–3 minutes on medium heat, before anything goes in.
-
Step 2
Add a little oil
A thin layer is enough. Let it shimmer for a few seconds.
-
Step 3
Let it sear
Wait before flipping. When it's ready, it lets go.
That's it. After two or three meals, it's second nature.

FAQ
Good questions.
Something else on your mind? Write to us at support@maehearth.com — a real person answers.
Is it nonstick?
It's naturally low-stick, without any coating. Preheat for 1–3 minutes, add a thin layer of oil, and eggs and fish release easily. Dropped into a cold pan, food can stick — that's normal for any uncoated pan.
Is the whole pan made of titanium?
No — and that's on purpose. The cooking surface is titanium, the core is aluminum for fast, even heating, and the base is stainless steel so it works on induction. Each metal does what it does best.
Can I use metal utensils?
Yes. There's no coating to protect, so spatulas, whisks and tongs are all welcome.
Does it work on induction?
Yes. It works on gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops.
Which size should I choose?
10" (26 cm) is perfect for eggs and cooking for 1–2. 11" (28 cm) is the most versatile everyday size for 2–4. 12" (30 cm) is made for family meals and batch cooking.
How do I clean it?
Warm water and a sponge are usually enough, and it's dishwasher safe. If you see white spots or a light yellow tint, a splash of white vinegar or a baking soda paste removes it in seconds.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free across the US. Orders are delivered in 5–10 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number by email.
What if I don't like it?
You have 90 days to try it at home. If it's not for you, contact us at support@maehearth.com and we'll arrange a return and a full refund.
