1. Who we are

This website, maehearth.com, is operated by NextVision FZE LLC, Office BLB-S5-628, AMC – Boulevard-B Building, Ajman Media City (Free Zone), Ajman, United Arab Emirates ("MaeHearth", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Small variations in color or finish may occur, especially because each pan has a hammered surface. Please follow the use and care instructions provided with the product.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD).
  • Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
  • We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Orders

After you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order (and fully refund it) in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or if an item becomes unavailable. If you want to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually do it before it ships.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds — including our 90-day trial — by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logo, design) belongs to NextVision FZE LLC or is used with permission and may not be reused without our written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Ajman Media City Free Zone, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country or state where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
